Description
Lowly office worker Kyle needs to get around his boss's devilish bathroom policies!

53+ Endings. 70,000+ Words. Bathrooms, Demons, and Murder.

Welcome to Kyle is Office, an adventure that gets more absurd the further you get from your goal!

(Huge thanks to Ontsa for the inspiration for this adventure. Go check out their original mod here!)

With a brand new setting designed from the ground up, every location is new for you to discover. With a larger emphasis on puzzles, you'll be making more and more progress with each run! Hints can be found throughout the map, especially in the boardroom. Try reading as much as you can! And maybe keep a notepad handy; there's a lot of details to keep track of if you want to get all the endings.

Also, it's recommended (but not required) to go through Kyle Is Cooking and Kyle Is Mad before playing this, because there is some (note: not much) continuity with that adventure.

And yes, there's still easter eggs galore. Especially when it comes to collectibles! The larger the world, the more the hiding spots, of course.

This has been something I've been working on for the past 2 months, gaining motivation on and off ever since the idea was conceived more than a year ago. I'm so glad to finally finish it. I hope you enjoy!

With this being far more intricate than even Kyle Is Mad, it was practically impossible for me to proofread and playtest everything. If you encounter a bug, please let me know!

If you're stuck on where to go next, here's a list of how to roughly get all the milestones and endings!
(P.S., the reason why I said "52+" in the header is because a few endings have minor (sometimes completely new) alternate paths depending on the situation. Do check out the ending to see what paths you may have missed!

UPDATE 2/28/23: Fixed some grammar issues.
UPDATE 3/3/23: A few minor changes.
UPDATE 4/12/23: Fixed some grammar issues.
UPDATE 4/17/23: Fixed a bug that prevented the player from getting one ending!
UPDATE 8/4/23: In lieu of a proper inventory, I've decided to make it very explicit when you gain and lose items. Made a few other small changes, including telling the player if they've completed the Strange Nest.
UPDATE 4/24/24: Fixed a few bugs that crashed the mod.
UPDATE 5/31/24: BIG UPDATE!!! Big big update. Ok so basically, besides bug fixing and typoes, I:
-Added a few easter eggs in the elevator.
-Made it possible to toggle out of the Overthrow route.
-Added pretty much an entire new layer to the normal Overthrow route to account for firing people.
-Made a coworker a tad more squeamish.
-Made interrogation far more expressive, and added choices to comment on learned knowledge.
-Added a new endgame variant of the Vault ending.
-Added an entirely NEW ending route that honestly should've been there from the start! Hint: Cult.
-Along with a few other QoL things.
UPDATE 6/13/24: Added goblin
UPDATE 6/19/24: Added a codec.
UPDATE 8/22/24: Added a cool endgame ending! As well as a pretty cool endgame variation of an existing ending.
UPDATE 12/21/24: Added some more special interactions, revised some text, and fixed a really early-game bug I'm surprised I didn't catch earlier.

Oh, and a few more things: Technically I'm not done with the mods yet! Besides just adding small things here and there depending on what people found frustrating or wished they could have done, I'm also working on a new mod w/ a friend! Not sure when it'll be out since I'm not putting my full focus on it like I did these other mods, though roughly 2 months from now seems likely. I'm looking forward to that :D
And I also have plans to put these out as their own standalone game someday! That's likely years in the future, but being able to have a lot more say in how the game is presented (especially being able to have more sound effects and an actual INVENTORY) would be amazing.

@SkyKid AAAAAAA thank you so much for the kind words!!! It means so much to hear. Having to throw these adventures out without being able to get much feedback at all on them did lead to me questioning if the things I was making were actually good after all, hence why I had to ultimately step back just for my own sake, but hearing stuff like this from players makes me extremely happy. Glad you had fun ^_^

Just got the nostalgia ending, made me tear up a bit. Maybe you think it's copying, but I found all the references quite charming. I genuinely believe that your mods are more fun and simply better that the original game. I know you said you're done with these mods, and I respect that, but I just want you to know that they won't go unappreciated. All of them make me laugh, and occasionally get me a little emotional. Thanks for making these.

If anyone has gotten the true ending of the game, let me know in the comments! I'd love to see how far people have gotten.
