Tigron Xenotype

Description
This mod adds a new xenotype inspired by tigers.

- Includes a new ability, 'tiger bite', the user bites the target's neck and causes a mass amount of bleeding. On smaller prey animals it should be an instant kill.
- Includes a war-like medieval faction of tigron xenotypes.

Hey, I couldn't really get the mod as it originally was working because I'm not that good at coding in C stuff. But I managed to port the Tigrons as a replacement for the pigskins instead. I hope that's okay.

yeah the bite just infinite gens in the error log and in the regular attack log

weird bug tigron bite just fully slows done tps forever went from 600 to 60 on max and its permanent dont know if its another mod but its only coming from this one
