Proximity Chat based on: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2495705141

Includes an walkie talkie that spawns on the map, allowing anyone with one in their inventory (holstered or active) to hear anyone with one in their hand (active).

Also includes a detective radio which broadcasts to all players while active.

is there a way to do this in sandbox? like a proximity vc or text chat and you can talk from afar with walkie talkies
