The Angel of the Gamalaticania is 14-year old demigoddess of her Gekino Bird race and last of her kind, formerly known in two different name are Lady "Kotori Hatsumi" which called by Rinne who created her using her childhood friend "Kasami Hiiragi" who was [redacted] in March 25, B.G.C 7,000,000 after she was depressing and constantly get harassing by Nill William and his online group known as Against the Blanec Movement who done a horrible thing to Kotori when she was 13-year old. As childhood friend since Rinne was 4-year old, she was inviting to wrote a story of her imagine called "Gamalatica" which Rinne wish to have a good friend like her because she is often get bullied by everyone at the school simply because of her kind. Her death has devastated Rinne because she is only person that [redacted]. Because of this, Kasami's death cause a huge impact of hostility relationship between God of The Gamalaticania Universe "Rinne Yoshimizu" and ABM admin "Nill William", and the destruction of Previous World and mankind's extinction.

Kotori Hatsumi (Kasami Hiiragi) is the one of Touhou Galaxy Project mascot, has been appear back in 2013. Everytime Rinne is get fatal injure by Nill William, Kotori will [redacted] Rinne in hope that Gamalaticania Universe will get reset again.
