Description
In this minor adjustments mod, I've added a few balance changes to Arbalest. Anything not mentioned is the exact same as Vanilla.

Sniper's Mark:
OOOO OOOO
Debuff Duration extended to 3 Turns, All Other Stats Unchanged

Bola:
XOOO O-OXX
Back 1
Push 2 (100%-140%), -2 to -6 Speed (100%-140%)
Other Stats Unchanged

Blindfire:
85-105 Acc, 3% to 7% Crit
Ignores Guard & Stealth
Other Stats Unchanged

Rallying Flare:
Stress Heal is guaranteed, scales from 2 to 4, Other Stats Unchanged

Dear Author, would you consider making similar mod for Musketeer?
I know there are many Musketeer reworks, however each of them changes too much in my opinion :<
