Text to Speech Droids

So StarExtensions does this thing where Glitch NPCs and players actually speak in Text to Speech, most people probably find it jarring, maybe even annoying, but I think it's charming enough to make up for it.

This mod makes it so the Droden from Elithian Races and the upcoming Nexus Droids from Corporate Expansion also speak in their own TTS voices. I considered giving voices to other robotic races such as the Trink or the NostOS, but ultimately decided against it as the clunky SAM voice didn't fit their higher fidelity, I could do something with them if I ever get access to more fitting voices, but for now this is all there is.

I'm not taking race requests. You can learn how to do this yourself through the documentation on the StarExtensions page under the Text to Speech category (all you need to do is patch the race's .species file) and you can use this site [discordier.github.io] to try most of the variables.
