Blessing of Mathlann

Description
This is a very minor mod that adds an ability to the Scions of Mathlann.

The Blessing of Mathlann is an ability you can use after the unit has less than 50% HP
It will summon rotting Prometheans.

Feel free to tell me if there are any bugs.
