This mod has been requested by ekstramarko on /r/arma.

A little cheat mod. Use at your own risk and keep in mind that it may potentially break some scenarios.

The mod adds an action to every player, with the name "fex_disableVehicles".
The action can be used pretty much any time the player is in control of their character.

The action has a refresh period of 10 seconds among all players, during which re-activating it has no effect.

When used, it disables (removes all ammo and fuel from) all vehicles, that are currently:
- crewed by hostile units
- within 1000m of the player's position
The action also highlights the affected area on the map with a yellow circle, and display a sideChat message.

Note: this action gets added by default to ALL MISSIONS. Use at your own risk and don't forget to disable this mod once you're ready to play on others' servers.
While I tried to make it MP compatible, I didn't test that whatosever so I have no idea what it will do in MP environment. It should add the action to all players, and always take each individual player's side relations into consideration, and should work even after respawning. But who knows if it actually does any of it.

The mod can break missions/scenarios/campaigns by running code that was not intended by the original creator. Use at your own risk.
