Recruitable Prisoners: Skeleton Invasion Patch

Description
Allows the skeleton characters added by Skeleton Invasion to be recruited via Recruitable Prisoners dialogue. You recruit them the same way you recruit the other broken skeletons you find in the Ashlands.

Did I forget to add any characters? Yell at me in the comments.
