The Neco-Snark Mod for Half-Life 1 recreated into Garry's Mod. Someone brought the fact up that no one has recreated it before, so I did it myself, and here we are! Now you can harass anything you want that is alive with funny cat lady

You can find the Weapon in Weapons > Comedic
You can find the NPC in NPCs > Comedic

The weapon is available for both players and NPCs. Although, some NPCs might not work with it. I tried my best to recreate the Snark behavior from Half-Life, however it isn't perfect. Hope you enjoy
