Void's implants are not from Space China!

Description
VOID decided to actually make their implants, for once. Rather than import it from Space China.

This is a mod just to make generally all the implants better. You will notice a sharp buff in most things, some small ones, no stats removed or added...
Some things are also nerfed, because where are you getting 600+ degree temperatures?
Also, I think the mental fortitude granted by these implants are just fine right now. If you have a complaint, tell me.

If I manage to crash your game through this patch mod, tell me!

Compatibility:
V.O.I.D: Required. I don't know what else you'd need this for.
CE compatibility: I don't think you're gonna fight VOID with CE. It's a patch mod that makes everything more difficult.
Anomaly compatibility: Yes, but only on Wednesdays.

Maybe? I'll have to see if this is compatible with 1.6.
(most likely yes; if VOID implants do not change stat-wise, I'll just tag it.)

The name of the mod makes me think how VOID actually gets their implants, whether they make them on the rim or took them with them from fairview or wherever they live now.

By the power of adding ONE line of code, this is now available for 1.5. Please expect VOID to be either happy or unhappy, depending on what implants you are using at that moment.

is fairly likely to just work its all just xml patches so as long as void updates all this should need is adding 1.5 to the about file
