SimplifiedMoveset

Description
Various movement changes. The main idea is to remove or simplify timings, making it easier to perform advanced moves consistently.
In addition, includes the ability to breath underwater and crawl on walls (disabled by default).

Here is a youtube video showing Rain World v1.5 + some of the changes in action:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Jp6UyUgoWB0

More specifically, this mod includes the options:
  • (Beam Climb) Climb straight up horizontal beams. Grab beams when holding down in various cases. Lean instead of dropping from beams.
  • (Belly Slide) Removes timing for rocket jumps and throwing spears during belly slides. Adds sliding down slopes.
  • (Crawl) Crawl turns can be used to initiate rolls and on slopes. Increases turn rate in corridors. Removes slowdown when holding down.
  • (Crouch Jump) Decreases charge time for super launch jumps.
  • (Grab) Disabled by default. Grab dead large creatures only when crouching.
  • (Gourmand) Exhaust only when throwing spears. Stun creatures with rocket jumps. Slides, slow rocket jumps and rolls only stun and deal no damage.
  • (Roll 1) Rocket jumps from rolls have consistent height.
  • (Roll 2) Disabled by default. Removes the ability to chain rolls from rocket jumps (without additional height).
  • (Slide Turn) Disabled by default. Reduces the requirements for slide turns. Backflips are possible earlier.
  • (Spear Throw) The throw momentum does not affect slugcat on the ground. The momentum while climbing beams is reduced. Throw boosting in the air is still possible. Weapons cannot change direction after being thrown.
  • (Stand Up) Stand up after various animations.
  • (Swim) Disabled by default. Removes breath limit underwater. You can eat underwater. Increases swim speed. Adjusts buoyancy.
  • (Tube Worm) Adds auto-aim grappling to beams. Changes affect Saint.
  • (Wall Climb & Wall Jump) Removes wall sliding. Normal jumps are prioritized for small obstacles instead of wall climbing / jumping.
  • (Wall Climb) Disabled by default. Adds crawling on walls.
  • (Wall Jump) Only wall jump when facing away from the wall. Wall jumps are prioritized over using tube worms.

That is intentional and it is like that for a long time. I dislike accidental wall jumps. You get them when you try to spam jump over some debris where some pieces are large enough to wall jump from.

You have a bit of leniency in the modded version. You can press jump before changing directions and still get a wall jump for a couple of frames. You also have a couple of frames to do a wall jump from mid air after leaving the wall (vanilla).

Some one Discord mentioned that this only happens when you have the music muted.

There is a vanilla(?) bug right now where the slideshow cutscenes hang. You can still skip them by pressing jump.

I have the "Swim" toggle toggled on; I expected for to have infinite underwater breathing like usual but since the latest update; despite having the toggle on; the game acts like I have it toggled off.
(I've only tested it so far in Expedition as Rivulet) Thought I'd let you know.
