Description:

The Paladin class was designed during peacetime as a symbol of the United Commonwealth of Orion’s influence. The Paladin class was mainly used to patrol shipping lanes and focused on anti-piracy. Ships of her type were perfect for these patrols as they boasted comfortable living spaces for the crew and could carry up to 2 fighters. But as tensions rise with other factions, ships of the Paladin class are quickly undergoing retrofits to maintain combat effectiveness. The retrofits have been largely successful but have sacrificed comfort to make room for 3 W-32 long range anti-ship missiles.
