This mod allows you to equip all 7 battle skills, however, unlike other mods, it doesn't change the number of skills characters comes with. Even though I think this mod is more about conviniance, I didn't want it to mess with my economy, so I should spend money on purchuse if I need some extra skills.
This mod is compatible with every DLC but it's not required.
