Lit Fog [WIP]

Description
This mod adds lighting to the game's fog shaders and includes a day/night cycle.
Will require a restart to enable or disable this mod, and may conflict with some shader mods/ fog mods.
If you notice any artifacts or odd looking fog please leave a comment and i will try to fix, thanks.

The fog triggers a buzzing/hissing noise that remains even after the fog has cleared. It only happens inside houses.

Ok, I've put out a quick update that should improve performance, in my tests i got 15-25 FPS gains, let me know if you still having issues

yeah this thing is really resource intensive, it's making my fans go wrrrr when not even teardown or STALKER *with proper vsync) get it to ramp up

I'm working on another update, it may take some time but i will make sure to try and improve performance as much as i can.

it's really pretty but damn it's hitting really hard my performance, will u have the opportunity to reduce lag or my pc is too weak ? (1650 i5 9400)
