Dreamcatcher Woods

One evening, when all was quiet and the snow glistened in the moonlight, a couple of young Fiskersted hunters snuck out of their huts and packed their things. They didn't want to spend the rest of their lives in the tiny frozen village hunting witches, chopping wood and trying to keep their feet warm day in and day out. They had heard of an old mountain trail and set off towards the mountains, hoping to find a larger city beyond or at least slightly warmer lands.
After a few hours of traveling a wind picked up, blowing thick snowflakes in the hunters' faces and making it difficult for their wagons to move forward. Since they could hardly see where they where going, they decided to set up camp and wait out the night. Freezing, they holed themselves up in their wagons, not realizing that they were not unobserved. The hunters had gone too deep into the Dreamcatcher Woods: A place inhabited by witches who capture and collect the magic of dreams.
