Pouakai's Maori Religions

Description
Adds four Maori religions to the game:

Ratana - political powerhouse of the Manawatu
Ringatu - Disciples of Te Kooti
Pai Marire - Syncretic faith of the opponents of colonialism
Tariao - Personal faith of the kiingitanga

Should be compatible with all religion mods. Ringatu is the preferred faith of Te Kooti, while other Maori civs will have specific compatibility as it's relevant for each.

This is rad! Idk much about Maori religion and belief, but as an Indigenous person from the other side of the world I like seeing due diligence done in the workshop
