Description
This patch adds support for the storyteller Basilicus Bestower from Vanilla Psycasts Expanded. When enabled, the Ultimate Storyteller will include an adjustable RNG chance of pawns spawning with psycasts, like Basilicus Bestower also does. RNG Settings are seperate between Basilicus and the Ultimate Storyteller, you -should- be able to run both with seperate chances.

Source Code is included and available here: https://github.com/GoldenLumia/UltimateStoryteller_BasilicusPatch . You're free to do whatever you want with it, the code is a mess and was cobbled together while sleep deprivated. Enjoy(?)

For some reason I didn't get a notif for this comment, thanks Steam... but I saw the news myself anyways so it works out. I will start working on this today / tmrw depending on work, will almost 100% have it out before 1.6 releases. Thanks!

@Icicle, as I posted on the Ultimate Storyteller comments, this mod will need to wait for Vanilla Psycasts to be updated before I can update this mod.

Updated to 1.5. Will need to wait for the expansion to drop for anymore needed changes, but it does work on the unstable branch right now.
