MW19 SWEPS: Blacklist Menu

Description
Hi there! This is my first time working with UI on Garry's Mod, but I hope everything works as expected. If not, leave a comment and I'll get to it. (please don't add me if I don't know you)

Features:
- Open the menu with !kab (requires super admin)
- Reset all restrictions with !resetkab (requires super admin)
- Remove the ability to use specific attachments, specific weapon categories, and entire categories.
- Right-click for specific restrictions, and shift right-click to restrict an entire category.

PLEASE NOTE:
Restricting specific categories can impact other weapons if the category class is the same as on other weapons, such as att_ammo and att_ammo_default. I'll likely change specific categories to simply blacklist that entire category but only on one gun. I don't know why it's not already like that to be honest.

I do not understand how to open this menu, tried to write !kab in the console nothing happened, in the chat wrote also nothing, maybe I understood something wrong? can you tell me how to open this menu.

nah arc9 is relatively new and almost no one knows how to use it
