Now it must be frustrating to find out that you need to die 100 times to achieve this steam trophy.
There is an easy way to do this.

Using Macro Applications
Macro applications just repeat what you're doing. I used Jitbit Macro Recorder.
It's free for 30 days, so feel free to uninstall after getting the achievement

-Install Jitibit
-Open Yukar of the Abyss
-Save on a death choice selection 💀
-Go to the games main title screen after saving
-Open Jitbit and Click Record

-While recording you can see Jitbit in the upper left of the screen

-Open the game with the main title on screen
-Click Continue
-Then select the death choice save file 💀
-After dying and returning to the title screen, press the stop button on Jitbit or hit (Ctrl+Q)

-On Jitbit press the arrow next to Play and click "Play X Times"

-Set the number to 99 and click Play

-Wait till the macro is done! or hit (Ctrl+Q) if you want to stop the macro

You can see how many times the action has been repeated on the upper left corner


Do not touch your computer while macro is playing
Do not move the game window screen while macro is playing
