Play on a bigger map with an increased villain and ally cap of 20.

From what I've tried this mod conflicts with (A36) FromTheDepths. I tried to generate a world with only this and (A36) FromTheDepths active and I got a error saying FATAL extern/optional.h699 : "ref" is false
