Boss Rush Wave Indicator

Description
Adds a simple indicator whenever a new Boss Rush wave starts!
It tells you what wave number you are on, as well as if its halfway there or the final wave.
Works with all mods that add new boss rush waves.

Thanks to Nami for the cool thumbnail.

There is now a wave counter in rep+ :)

Should be fixed with Ambush Spawn Indicators now

it actually does in fact work with rep+

however, this mod doesn't play nicely with the Ambush Spawn Indicators mod (it triggers not only when the enemies spawn, but when the markers spawn too)
