You should check Avocado. It's a PSX Emulator and there's a 3D Screenshot branch that helps a lot with model ripping. Sadly it's really raw and won't work with every game (some models won't pickup and some games won't even run at all!). This and you must do some cleanup after ripping the model.

how do you rip PS1 Models? I really wanted to rip the 1972 DevilMan models from that one PS1 DevilMan game.
