A simple notch system
Min and Max Generator throttle will be divided between the 8 steps
Notch 1 = 1/8
Notch 2 = 2/8
etc

Same applies for the Drive

Input Delay is how long between button presses(button spam)
If you hold the button, it will only change once

Composite Inputs:
1 - Decrease Notch
2 - Increase Notch
3 - Reset Notch
Composite Outputs:
4 - Notch Number
5 - Notch Binary(Solo Value)
6 - Notch Binary(Combined Value)


Solo means that the bar or radial only has one segment lit up.
Combined means that the current plus any less notches are lit up
