Description
Did you know the game has a Shell Game item pool but never uses it in favor of just spawning Skatole? This fixes that.
Shell Game now spawns an item from the Shell Game pool[bindingofisaacrebirth.fandom.com] instead of just Skatole! This is usually various poop items.

This mod is really neat! Would it be possible to make the item you’ll get visible while in the shell games though?

Does this also add Skatole to say the treasure rooms like it's spider counterpart bursting sack? If not I feel like it should.
