I investigated a bit, apparently the lava is rising from the moment you are in the lobby with the description. So i would recommend to start the game as fast as possible until i found a way to trigger the lava at the right time.

uhhh, you need to retime the lava, it kills everyone the instant the game starts. Unplayable atm
