Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

Description
Braum's is a chain of ice cream parlor and fast food restaurants. It was founded in 1968 in Oklahoma City and is still based there. They mainly operate in the southern US in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Missouri, and Arkansas. They sell frozen desserts, hamburgers, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast. Stores also have a small grocery called Fresh Market. An interesting fact about the company is that they process and manufacture majority of their products directly rather than a third party company.

Roadside sign and menu prop is included.

@Cristolisto, thanks for the heads up. It might be a good idea to mention that in the description, so less-tech/mod savvy people like me don't keep getting confused or frustrated with it. It's a very well-done asset.

@Richon the building doesn't have those props, they have to be placed using the Find It and Move It mod

When I place this with RICO or with Find It, the props don't show up. No roadside sign and no menu. How do I get them to show up?

I first encountered Braum's in 2008 when I was out severe storm chasing on a storm-chasing tour. I was quite impressed with their ice cream, shakes and burgers.

I love Braums so much. Unfortunately, the city council won't allow them in my (small town corruption in RL) town, so I have to drive an hour to enjoy it. They will be all over my city.
