Oh those pre corona mass meetings are back.. Double stadium range and handle the traffic !

You need to rebuild existing arena's to get the new functionality. If you put this into the middle of a giant city block you are going to have a very bad time with the traffic. There however a use for this if you want to put the arena around the outskirts of your city to and cover your blocks from further out.
