Description

This mod is very based and fun don't take it seriously and would like to add that Arstotzka is very buffed and OP.

This mod adds country of Arstotzka from the game "Papers, please!"

Arstotzka located in East Prussia and can form Greater Arstotzka with the decision. To do this ypu must conquer Germany, Danzig, Memel.

Minor Nations Reborn integrated in this mod.

Arstotzka have:
Unique ideology
National tree
Many ideas
Decision to form nation
