Description
This mod changes/fixes some small issues of the commonwealth countries (Canada, Australia, South Africa and New Zealand) :

-Canada is no longer forced to choose between manpower and removing the industry debuff (screenshot 2).
-Australia and South Africa can get a 4th research slot without being independent.
-South Africa can now be independent even if you stay democratic. (screenshot 3).
-2 Australian advisors are no longer mutually exclusive (screenshot 1).
-New Zealand Bob Semple tank focus is now more historically accurate.
-Australia industrial idea now give a 15% boost to research (instead of 10%).
-Australia focus "The Singapore Strategy" now makes Malaya an integrated puppet (screenshot 4).
-Same with the Dutch Indonesia focus.
-Some commonwealth focuses that used to give infrastructure prior to NSB now give it again.
-South Africa can now get both the industry buff and remove the manpower debuff

@WalterOlivos It's no longer mutually exclusive, I may look upon the fascist part of SA focus tree (especially the "Support the German Coup") because I feel like it is lacking compared to the communist one.

Hey, i have a new suggestion, remove the mutually exclusive from the South African focus Expand the Cape Corps and the Outlaw Strikes, so SA can have the recruitable pops while also having a good economy

@WalterOlivos I just changed what you said since I find it reasonable, I haven't tested it but it should work fine.

I have a couple of suggestions:

Make it so the Raj can remove the risk of famine while still being a colony, also change the "Great Indian Peninsula Railway" focus so it gives infrastructure like it did before NSB

Change the Australian focus "Standard Gauge Railway" and the focus "Expand the Northern Railway" so they give infrastructure like they did before NSB

Change the South African focus "South African Railways" so it gives infrascture like it did before NSB
