P-6327 Senodo - Fixed

Description
This is an updated fix for P-6327 Senodo.

The original planet mod can be found here and looks like it was abandoned or the owner, 9K, no longer plays SE.

I've updated it to include weather, wind, and water. It does not NEED the water mod. But if you do use it you'll want to set the /wradius to 1.0056

The most you can do is set the weather time to go off almost constantly. Weather is really hit or miss so I don't bother trying to configure it too much.

Hello, there is a question: is it possible to prescribe a constant weather for a separate biome? suppose there was always a snowstorm or fog in the ice at the north Pole?
