Replace Debugmenu with new Spawn Menu!
You can Spawn almost every NPC! (I guess)
Or Spawn Weapons, Supplies, Vehicles.
You can also use some Cheat command through the menu (God mode, Noclip, 10000 HP, etc...)

Download The mod.
Select Entropy : Zero 2 In your Steam library.
Right click E:Z2 - Properties -> Launch Options. Enter "+exec spawnmenu"
Start the game.
Open Console.
Type "bind X +toggle_spawnmenu" (the "X" can be any key you want).
Then press the key, and the spawnmenu will show up.

Download The mod.
