B-Balance Patch, Tougher Units and Racial Variety.

Description
Rebalances the game, adding 20% damage resistance to all units, as well as +5 hit points, 1 defense and 1 resistance.

Quest rewards increased, quest requirements decreased, should be achievable and worth it for 1v1 games on small maps now.

Also rebalances the game.
- Racial Governance has been altered to apply to more units, such as the orc razorbow governance working on all orc archer units, such as hunters and musketeers.
- Racial Governance options that were far beneath the expected level of quality have been upgraded or reworked.
- Makes every class unit have something minor unique about them using already existing in-game abilities.

Halfling racial ability: Lucky replaced with quick learner and projectile resistance.

Human racial ability: Mariner replaced with Defensive Strike

Draconian racial ability: +10% physical resistance, +5 Health.

Ghouls: -20% physical resistance.

Incorporeal: Receive +5 hit points, +1 defense and +1 resistance instead of +20% physical resistance(remaining at 60% total)


Embalmers Guild: Grants 10% damage resistance instead of 40% fire resistance.

Water Magic: Freeze water spell and summon baby kraken spell removed.

Removed: Removed Domain of Earth, Domain of the Sun, Domain of Winter, Domain of Life, Domain of Corruption, Cleanse the Land, Drench the Land, Tropical Empire, Arctic Empire, Temperate Empire and Blight Empire.
