Adjacency Bonuses For Growth And Income - Ports and Settlement Buildings

Description
Minor settlements provide growth to nearby provinces. Major settlements provide income bonuses as well. Landmark ports and special gates can also provide adjacency growth as well.

Hey, I just had a quick question. Is it intentional that Dawn's Harbour doesn't have these buffs applied? I haven't checked the Chaos Dwarf version but the High Elf one seems to just use the regular bonuses.
