NYPD ELS Pattern

Description
NYPD-inspired pattern
  • Red and white light bar in front; red and cyan rear
  • Red Flashers all round doing their thing; red and cyan rear window flashers
  • Blue traffic adviser bar lower top bar

Changes the ELS pattern of all four police cars. I hope you enjoy.

ps. If you're finding rapid flash patterns are lagging for you, try optimising your video settings in-game. That's what I've done and it's fixed the problem.

Thanks for reaching out @sowillwe, really good suggestion and very well presented. You're right, 20 pictures is excessive; I didn't realise I'd added so many! My apologies, I sincerely hope this hasn't detracted from your experience browsing on the Steam Workshop.
