Mind Control Weapons Patch

Description
This is a patch module
This is a patch of Mind Control Weapons for Empire of Eeveelutions MOD, enable ships equipped with Psychic Dominator to control enemy ships after defeating them . I removed this part of content from the MOD and make it as an independent module due to balance problems.


How to use
Need to be used together with Empire of Eeveelutions MOD, Unlock mind control equipment through story events.
