This mode can be enabled in the edicts screen all the way at the bottom. You can do cheats for your empire, AI Empires and etc.

This also works in multiplayer. Original Creators are Dimitoru and Prag.

FAQ:
Q: I can't find the menu!
A: The cheat menu can be opened from a edict, wich is located in the edicts tab. (and make sure the mod is activated in the pre-launch menu.)

Q: I can't cheat in multiplayer!
A: Only the host is able to cheat in multiplayer, then he has to give other players the right to cheat.

Q: My Resources suddenly jumped to tremendously high negatives!
A: Sometimes if you use too many cheats and hit the highest possible gain in the game the number will turn negative. In order to combat this make sure you don’t use all the cheats on the highest tier all the time.

Q: I don't see any effect!
A: Most cheats only take effect at the end of the month.

Q: Is it save game compatible?
A: Yes, it is.
