"Homeward" Salvage Ship

Description
Able to lift a ship or other vehicle from the bottom up to 600 meters deep.
Equipped with a motor boat, separate diesel tanks and cranes for refueling, repair and other maintenance of smaller ships.

Cool idea, but poor execution. Its missing a lot of any kind of basic QoL, not to mention the more advanced ones, as well as optimization although it doesnt really need it that much.
