Run over survivors with the honda civic I must

This is a gmod port which I got from here.

Honda Civic type-r 1997 replaces Charger

Features:

- VGUI image (in versus)
- Sounds (Car sounds)
- Multiple colors
- ability to commit vehicular manslaughter

Credit to:

- TDM - original model, sounds and textures
- wi_bucaterr - Port to L4D2

Inspired by the Shaggy Tractor mod and Homer Simpson Car mod
