1hr Hunger Time with larger stomach capacity

Yet another Slow Hunger mod plain and simple.

Changes:

-On a full stomach you will last 1 full hour before you starve to death

-Max food capacity changed from 70 to 100, so you need to eat a bit more until you have a full stomach to achieve that full 1 hour of time

Works with my "Disable Futara's Dragon Race Hunger Rate Alteration" mod so that Futara's dragon species will also get hungry at the same 1hr rate.
