Easy way

firstly, when you spawn in game in the beginning, go to the mini spiral castle near you. then go around the stairs until you reached to the end and entered the small hole. now you will be lauched into the throne and the goats will bow to you when you walk past them. now jump into the goat skull shaped throne and hear screams and more screams duing the process and once it has finished, BABAM! you have a skull goat hemlet on you and the abitity to summon dead goats by pressing the E key which will be essential to the next part.

afterwards, go to the mountain and once you reached the satan summoning spot, press E five times and then a vortex will surround you and muhahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha you are the DEVIL GOAT!! you have the ability to attract objects like magnets by pressing the E key and hurl at your designated victims! note:goats will drop as well when you press the E key as well but it dosent really matter.

Long way

OR: if you want to do it the longer way, drag five random npc humans with your tongue to the spot (note, this is really long way to drag each individual person to the spot but there is a party near the mountain hill and when you crash it, get at least five people to the spot and you will become the devil goat.)
