Ruby is the reason I check steam workshop everyday, Halo CE: Rebalanced not only perfectly balances the encounters and weapons but also adds on to the sandbox with lore friendly weapons and vehicles as well as improving visuals and adding new AI. This is the unofficial directors cut of CE and my favorite way to play. You should feel very proud of this accomplishment and i'm anxiously awaiting Halo 2: Rebalanced :MCCSWORD:

His other rebalances were never on the workshop +plus there broken and waiting to be remade there on nexus tho if you downgrade mcc

Godking, then yeah go play other more extreme mods. For someone like myself this is exactly what I've been looking for and has become my new cannon experience of CE. This is a CE mod for CE fans, not a mod trying to turn it into something like the More Friends Mod, which I love and am looking forward to more levels. Honestly if you feel like you have so many good ideas you can always give modding a try yourself. Or continue to just find other mods made by other people that suit your needs more. I for one love the mix of rebalanced gameplay with extra secrets for chronic CE players to feel like they have a reason to explore again. Also how are you not even going to mention the added wildlife?

Based on the 30 seconds of fun principle, there should be something new every encounter. A fresh experience every 30 seconds. I may be spoiled with other mods doing that in a very noticeable way but this mod just seems to miss that mark. Changes are too far between each other. Its even more disappointing when encounters have less AI than the original. Like the beach landing. Who's bright idea was it to make one of the most historically epic encounters in gaming for its time more mild? Instead of replacing a squad with flanking ODSTs how about adding them to the encounter as a whole? And then add some more covenant as well with some armor support. Just kind of bummed out after seeing a few people hyping the mod up just for it to be so.... minimalistic to say the least. Thanks for the effort though.

I get trying to stay true to the roots of the game but this is too close to playing vanilla. When the only change to an encounter is adding 2 plasma shields in a hallway... why even waste time "overhauling" the game in the first place. People get mods to enhance and change game play. This mod is the equivalent to adding white out to a blank paper. I guess I'll play it when i'm done with the real mods, and want to play vanilla.
