NPCs actually use their Splint Kits

Description
Currently NPCs will not use their Splint Kits no matter what. Which is a pretty big weakness. The Phoenix, Wandering Assassins, Doctors for the holy nation to name a few. This mod adds the AI Goal to actually splint their own/allies to every NPC's squad who can naturally spawn with a Splint Kits as well as ones who occassionally will buy them from stores.

I got AI stuck in aimless after fight, when splitting needed

Checked with this mod only.

Happen with Slave Hunters. Maybe, because they don't have Splint Kit in inventory?

800 hours and I had no clue this was an issue lmao. Maybe hit up GE0 and add this to the UPK. Great work btw brother.

@Tagek Should be able to. If they aren't splinting though you may need to import.

I wasn't even aware npcs never used splint kits. I guess it makes sense now thinking about it...

Thanks! and yeah, I think evolving NPCs is beyond Kenshi. The closest you could do would be adding more world states that change things other than towns.

Thank you for this. Are you okay with people using this in their own mods and giving credit? If not, I'll just keep it in my collection.
