Why?
Mirror Dwellers make up a large population of VRChat it can be scary some times all these people only ever seen by mirrors but trust me they wont hurt you... much.
The Easy Part
Go stand in front the Mirror, but do NOT say anything yet, before you start talking remember you can only look at them IN the Mirror!! looking directly at them will kill them.
Actually talking
Talking should be the same as you would without a mirror (i have not experienced issues talking this way), make sure you do not talk about disliking mirrors (they are scary (idk why they put them in this game))
Getting away....
Should you have to leave for any reason just back up and turn around and walk away.

mirrors are for looking at one point of fixation while also being able to look at everyone around you meaning you can all look towards one location and be able to look and interact with everyone in the group around you
