Should be up in an hour or so after steam validation. Keep in mind that here the same will apply: even tho the range will show up on existing maps & buildings, you need to demolish and rebuild the buildings to get the actual coverage to work. New buildings are not a problem of course. (tooltip on the building willo show the effective value)

not sure what you ran into, on a new map the coverage provided matches the new radius (60 vs old 30). All buildings in the preview image have the need fulfilled. You may have to rebuild park's if you added the mod to an existing map, not sure if mod's take effect on older saves.
