Javelin throwers for Mammoth mounts WH3

Adds five javelin throwing Marauders to the howdahs of Marauder Chieftains and Wulfrik the Wanderer on Mammoth mounts. They have 200 ammo and range of 90, the same as standard War Mammoths. The generals themselves will remain seated in combat.

Known issue:
This mod changes the land_units_tables, land_units_to_battle_personalities_junctions_tables, and main_units_tables for those two units and as a result is NOT COMPATIBLE with any mods that changes the same unit entries ("wh_main_nor_cha_marauder_chieftan_3" and "wh_dlc08_nor_cha_wulfrik_3").
