Softway City Rentals III Updated

This is a city rental building with leader offices that can and should be used as two-person offices at the beginning game.

The building is located in the city across the street from the softway station so there is no need for parking or bus stops here.

Like all my rental builds; it has available servers for SCM that can be named but not updated.

The building has print and mfg facilities in the basement for soft print and Hardware Mfg.

The building also includes a rentable canteen and top floor rooms.
there are dining areas with mini frig and coffee stations on all floors including lounge areas for your employees and staff.

The building may evolve from its current layout to accommodate any changes I make according to what is needed for my gameplay strategies...

Leader offices (4x3) can be used at the beginning game to accommodate two workstations and a plant desk...
The other office room (4x6) can fit nine desks or six workstations comfortably. Perfect for a 25% boost to Effectiveness, Skills, and Mood.
