Okay so i really Like the Definitive L4D1 Arms Overhaul
but i use a blue bill texture so i just changed it.
Uninstall the original as it'll cause conflict lastly i don't take credit for
the mesh's or the original unedited textures.

you could've used this: https://gtm.steamproxy.vip/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3301495099&searchtext=l4d1+arms while it is lower quality it does support reskins
