OLD} FD Radar pulse On map start

Upon arriving on any map for the first time, will ping the map like a Radar Pulse,
but at a large radius and very short time to give you a very quick heads up of your surroundings.
Where rocks are, resources, pools of liquid, that sort of thing... What a Radar pulse is often used for.

Soft Requirement:
FD Radar Pulse - Don't really need it, but HIGHLY recommended.
