ARC9 features tactical reloads, can't really do a tactical reload if your USP-S keeps pulling the slide back regardless of whether or not you have a round chambered.
I thought this was, for the most part, CS:GO weapons with ARC9 features. The biggest example of this inconsistency is the pistol reloads, and the P250...as a whole
Is this deliberate?
